Robert (Bob) Pack – President & CEO of Stonefield Development Since the 1970’s, Bob Pack has built a body of experience, expertise and accomplishment in the land development field. He has produced planned communities throughout the Inland Empire and Orange County, starting from raw, untitled or titled land and completing landmark new developments that stand the test of time. His command of the capabilities and commitment to unequalled excellence has resulted in hundreds of acres of quality development and a keen eye for an even wider horizon ahead.
Jeffrey Pack – President & CEO of Stonefield Restorations Jeff Pack formed Stonefield Restorations in 2007 with the same entrepreneurial spirit as his father, Robert Pack. In 2008, fire survivors of the Anaheim Hills/Yorba Linda Free Complex Fire needed a trustworthy resource to help them reclaim their lives. Stonefield Restoration was there. Today, Stonefield Restorations continues its specialization in rebuilding fire-ravaged homes and communities and also specializes in the creation of turnkey custom and semi-custom homes.
Kevin Hosman – CFO, Vice President of Finance With more than 30 years of experience in the construction and homebuilding industry, Kevin serves as financial manager of numerous Stonefield LLC's for construction and property management projects. He also manages an accounting staff of four and serves as the real estate broker for a sales team of three. He oversees cash flow requirements, creates pro formas and coordinates with funding sources in a timely manner. Kevin works directly with Stonefield’s president and its engineers and consultants in budget preparation and analysis of land acquisition and sales. He also participates with Stonefield’s management team in strategic planning, product development, staffing plans, business plan, project budgets and sales forecasts.
Terry Stewart – Vice President of Construction With more than 40 years in the homebuilding industry, Terry’s diverse experience provides him with the ability to expertly manage, direct, coordinate and quality control all phases of development, from raw land to the completion of construction. Terry holds a Contractor A & B license.
Deborah Stewart-Mason - Director of Purchasing Working for Stonefield for over 20 years, Deborah brings a wealth of experience to her position. With a prior background as a financial controller for an escrow company along with running her own business early in her career, Deborah understands budgets. With her diverse experience in the homebuilding industry, she has negotiated numerous contracts for large and small developments, custom builds and large remodels to ensure the best pricing and best product for each job, resulting in many, many satisfied and happy clients over the years.
