Jeffrey Pack – President & CEO of Stonefield Restorations Jeff Pack formed Stonefield Restorations in 2007 with the same entrepreneurial spirit as his father, Robert (Bob) Pack. Kevin Hosman – Stonefield CFO, Vice President of Finance & Broker, Stonefield Realty Advisors With more than 30 years of experience in the construction and homebuilding industry, Kevin serves as financial manager of numerous Stonefield LLC's for construction and property management projects. He also manages an accounting staff of four and serves as the real estate broker for a sales team of three. He oversees cash flow requirements, creates pro formas and coordinates with funding sources in a timely manner. Kevin works directly with Stonefield’s president and its engineers and consultants in budget preparation and analysis of land acquisition and sales. He also participates with Stonefield’s management team in strategic planning, product development, staffing plans, business plan, project budgets and sales forecasts.
Charlotte El-Kanj – Accounting Manager Working for Stonefield for over 22 years, Charlotte brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to her position. With a background in accounting Charlotte has worked on all our fire rebuilds starting in 2003 assisting homeowners to get the maximum dollars from their insurance policies to rebuild their homes. Working with insurance companies, lenders, setting up fund control and processing the necessary draws at each juncture of construction after inspections to ensure timely payments are made is just another specialized service we can provide.
Terry Stewart – Vice President of Construction With more than 40 years in the homebuilding industry, Terry’s diverse experience provides him with the ability to expertly manage, direct, coordinate and quality control all phases of development, from raw land to the completion of construction. Terry holds a Contractor A & B license.
Kristen Smith - Purchasing Coordinator Working for Stonefield for nearly 20 years, Kristen brings a wealth of experience to her position. With a prior background as an Escrow Officer and as a Customer Service Manager, Kristen understands the negotiation process, contracts and the importance of our subcontractor and client relationships. She is often at site meetings and constantly interfacing with the Superintendent(s) together maintaining the construction schedule(s). With her diverse experience in the homebuilding industry, she is able to maintain relationships and budgets as well.
